Friday Five
Just to follow the footsteps of several other blogs out there, here’s a “Friday Five” from fridayfive.org:
You have just won one million dollars:
1. Who do you call first?
None, I think. I guess I want to keep it a secret until I figure out what to do with the money. Then spread the news to the people closest to me. Perhaps I’d keep it a secret altogether, but I really don’t know if that would be a good idea.
2. What is the first thing you buy for yourself?
I might want to start a new life abroad, perhaps in Southern France, buy me a place to live by the eastern coast and then see what happens. Alternatively, I’d record an album and publish it myself.
3. What is the first thing you buy for someone else?
A one-way ticket to Siberia for Bush.
4. Do you give any away? If yes, to whom?
I’d make sure the people I love don’t get bothered by troublesome debt. If I think I have more than enough by then, some should be used to improve the lives of children around the world – donations.
5. Do you invest any? If so, how?
Nope. I don’t believe in it and won’t support the unfair economical system we have in the Western societies in that way, even though I’m a part of it myself. It brings unbalance to the World and should be revised.

I guess a million isn’t so much these days, but I still wouldn’t knock it back!
1. Who do you call first?
My eldest son – he has quite a bit of his own, so he would be delighted for me.
2. What is the first thing you buy for yourself?
A’ round the world’ plane ticket, with stopovers at all the places I have friends.
3. What is the first thing you buy for someone else?
A plane ticket for my friend in America to come and visit me here.
4. Do you give any away? If yes, to whom?
Give it away? Are you mad?
5. Do you invest any? If so, how?
Invest it? Like in stock or something? No way! I would spend it all travelling for as long as it held out. That would be investing in memories!!!
btw. I think this weekend is the big one for me!
