Some quite good winners & runner-ups from the picture contest “Me and My iPod” over at the iPod Lounge. Strange how affectionate we human beings can be towards inanimate objects. I guess it’s a bit like the power of symbolism. Take for instance the cross. Powerful symbolics there. I wear a symbol of Jesus round my neck, not because I believe in him, but because the necklace belonged to my grandfather. If there were a contest called “Me and My Necklace”, I probably would have been a contestant too. I’d like an iPod though…
