Rape

A lot of women get raped every day, across the globe. Apart from this controversial, yet effective idea, I have an idea as well: After having positively and irrevocably identified the rapist, he gets smacked on the table and then 2 inches gets removed from his penis. And this every single time he commits the crime. When there’s nothing left, he gets a sex change. Yeah. That would definitely work.

  1. Appealing idea. Perhaps it would mean fewer rapes, but it would definitely also mean that those who commit rape anyway make sure that the victim is not alive to identify him afterwards… (and the sex change would bring even more frustrated women to the world, and I don’t think we’d like that :-)) I think I’m more into the Ehlers device. It sounds… effective.

  2. Well, then comes the psychology of rapists, something more complex to discuss (actually I was just half joking in my post): Can a rapist also be a murderer? Of course we’ve seen it happen, but in most cases the women doesn’t get murdered (even though I agree on what you say - the numbers will indeed increase). Perhaps a combination of the two ideas would be ideal… First you get your penis shredded, then you get a sex change… E]

  3. Yearh, yearh, I know you were half joking. But anyway, you (and I and the Ms. Ehlers) forgot about the female rapists. Just as we tend to do with the female pedofiles. What’s with this inverted male-chauvenism?

  4. Is it really possible for a female to rape a man (in the strict sense of the word)?
I have my doubts. But then again - I haven’t tried it myself so I really don’t know. Guys?

  5. Sure it is. I haven’t experienced it myself, but it does occur..! Google it and you’ll find this, for example… I understand your scepticism though. Can a man be raped without him feeling anything (since it takes a certain amount of ‘excitement’ to fulfil its purpose)? The claims are that this is indeed the case. Perhaps child abuse is more likely in that sense, but that is only a second guess on my part…
