I adore comic books. I wish I had a million on a bank account so that I could buy an album or five every day. So even though I don’t actually do that, I simply can’t resist the vivacious style and intriguing “Philip Marlow style”-stories of Blacksad (Juan D??az Canales / Juanjo Guarnido). Not only is the design and colouring impeccable, the narration exciting and the cast both interesting and believable, but the subtleness in where the execution of the idea of humans with ‘animal resemblance’ is perfected, makes this one of my all time favourites. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
