Digital film making

Steven Soderbergh used a Sony F950 digital camera for his movie called “Bubble”, which made the movie go out to theaters, DVD, and high-definition cable TV – all on the same day.
Time Magazine has an interesting article with interviews regarding digital film making in the future with some of the top brass directors in Hollywood. I lean toward Rodriguez’ point of view, but I also understand the aesthetics behind old film. But you can ask any professional photographer out there and I’ll bet that the majority hail the digital age. Like vinyl versus CD’s – ‘analogue’ film will be for the enthusiastic hobbyists in the future.
