(Almost) Still alive

Ahem, well… Hi again. It’s been a while. So now I’m in with my girlfriend and it feels good, very “natural” indeed, which is marvellous since I had some nervous ticks about all this moving together (as you can guess it’s my first time). Trouble though is that I’ve been sick almost all week, still am, and I have to play a gig tonight with the Butterfly Collectors. Well, the show must go on I guess. I’m still in bed and I have to go to the soundcheck in an hour {{sigh}}…

And on top of that, just so you know it, it’s still raining. Over 100mm rain in average since the first of June until now – some places up to 150mm here in Denmark… I’ve gotta get out of this country and take a holiday soon!

It seems like I cannot get in FTP-touch with my server after I’ve got my new connection up & running, but I can still update this blog.. But no new pictures until then…

I’m off now… Want to gather some strength for the soundcheck… see you soon…

Butt damn it, I hate the Danish weather! We are in the frigging middle of the summer, with the celebration of midsummer just a few days behind and it has not stopped pouring down for the past two weeks! I’m still wearing my winter coat and a week ago I could see my own bloody breath! Curse on this flat country! Nothing but autumn weather all year long! Dammit!!! There…. I feel better now… {{sigh}}…

{{Sigh}} The summer is coming to its close for this year. If I’ll ever get rich, I’ll spend the winters in say, Australia (where there’s summer) instead… I can already feel the chill in my bones. Brrrrrrr! If only the winters here were decent winters with tons of snow and degrees that can turn your body liquids into ice. But you’re lucky if you get two days worth of snow that could fill a medium-sized cup. Like a prolonged autumn. The first prize here in that regard is a pint of snot, rainy darkness and grey minds. And I’m not even prone to winter-depression.

Anyway, this short movie is nothing shorter than bloody brilliant! Have seventeen minutes to spare(?), then go see it!

We are at the beginning of April, and right now, the snow is falling outside my window! Bloody weather in this country! Give me some warmth for… No wonder people here aren’t that outgoing in nature. You constantly risk freezing your arse off if you try to meet people during six months of the year. Grrrrrrr… Ah…ah….CHOO! Damn, some snot landed on the monitor…bugger…

Eclipse

So, today marks the last total solar eclipse of this millennium, and the beginning for the new version of Interiority. The site is still not finished yet, but I’ll work on the final content as we go along, working at it a bit every day. I thought it would be a nice thing to kick-off this new site today though (even though the eclipse is only at 80% here in Copenhagen, Denmark). The images you see on your right are shots from a Hercules plane, west of Alderney (UK- © Copyright, Discovery Channel) and Copenhagen (Denmark- © Copyright DR1).

Feel free to explore the VERY old version of 1998 if this isn’t enough for ya (link too old).
