The Kinetic Image
I’m currently in the process of reviving an old interaction arts project that I did back in 2004-2005. It’s called “The Kinetic Image” (mentioned in Neural magazine), and is a kind of image, that is conceptualised by the artist but refined by the observer (if one have the urge to modify it). The project’s website is at http://kinetic.interiority.com if you’re interested (not yet optimised for mobile phones). I will post some more here along the way.
It was originally made for QTVR (the old school, ‘non-cubic’ version). But now I’m trying to implement it in Processing instead. Version 2 will incorporate the Microsoft Kinetic Sensor v2.
